Guidelines for the preparation of the final copy of your paper

Please note that the instructions have changed. If you have already sent your
final camera-ready paper, please read the instructions below and resend. The changes
should be minimal. The main change is that the final format needs to have
the following sections: Categories & Subject Descriptos,
General Terms, and Keywords.
If you have already sent the Copyright form to Daniel Menasce, you do not
need to resend. Otherwise, follow the instructions below.
The Proceedings will be produced by Sheridan Printing Co.
