Two open positions for graduate students (MLBio+ Laboratory)

I have openings for two graduate students in computer science. Please check if you fulfill the requirements below before applying:
- You must be a PhD in Computer Science student.
- You must know how to program in either C, C++, or Java.
- You must know at least one scripting language: Perl, Python, or awk
- You must have interests in applying data mining techniques to problems in bioinformatics
- You must have taken my class in "Data Mining", "Biological Sequence Analysis" or "Biological Data Mining".
- You must be hard-working and motivated.
